How information is used
Green Horse uses submitted information to review service requests, coordinate quotes and availability with independent providers, evaluate provider applications, and communicate about next steps.
Photos and private information
Photos submitted with a request are intended to help Green Horse review the request and are not displayed publicly. Access to request records and photos is limited to authorized owner operations through protected routes.
Sharing
Information relevant to coordinating a request may be shared with independent providers for the purpose of assessing service fit, pricing, and availability. We do not promise a provider will accept a request.
Retention and contact
Information is retained as needed to review and coordinate requests and maintain operational records. For questions or requests relating to your information, use the Green Horse request form.
